The Art of
Crafting

Where the physical resonance of nitrided steel meets the metaphysical intention of the maker.

The first voice.
The soul.

Struck at the center — the Ding sets the tonal identity of the entire instrument. Its resonance defines everything that follows.

The Making

Steel that
remembers
its purpose.

Every handpan is hammered and tuned across 80 hours. The steel acquires a memory — holding frequency, holding intention.

Chapter 01

Forged in Fire

The journey begins in the furnace. Through a proprietary heat treatment process, we manipulate the very molecular composition of the metal — creating a 'memory' that holds its tuning for decades.

The fire imbues the steel with the capacity to sing.

Chapter 02

Tuned by Ear

Final resonance is determined by the human ear. A dialogue between hammer and steel that can take up to eighty hours per instrument.

While technology assists, only a master tuner's ear can confirm the instrument is ready.

"
We do not simply build an instrument; we capture a frequency that was already there, waiting to be released from the silence.
— Master Tuner, Julian Vane
